Well-appointed and fashionable room with comfy bed, Nespresso coffee and TV with cable channels. Marvellous central location and lovely friendly staff. Located in 10 minutes' walk from Civic Center metro station.

Very rude staff!

The location was favourable and excellent for visiting eateries and bars adjacent to the hotel. A cool bonus was nearby Max's Opera Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

The room had a beautiful design with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

We loved the well-appointed room with a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just minutes away from the Great American Music Hall. It was conveniently located next to the subway.

Lovely small and beautifully designed hotel located in a secure area not far from a nice area of SF, the pier, and the Brenda's French soul food right nextdoor. Well-appointed and neat rooms with the bathroom and fridge, as for instance, gentle staff. A lot of great food for meals.

It was in a central setting in sketchy neighborhood. Besides, we were short walk to the alleyway, sightseeing and the center of San Fran's worst district: Tenderloin.

Thought that there would be breakfast, but we were wrong.

Hotel Epik in San Francisco is a stylish place overall and spotlessly clean. The location is convenient, especially in the morning or after a day of sightseeing. The staff are very amiable and knowledgeable. There are plenty of meal options to choose from and the food is great.

Convenient location, close to popular restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean with good amenities like robes and complimentary water and snacks. Friendly and helpful staff, offering free coffee and computer use in the reception area. Stylish entrance and well-decorated interior. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Hotel Epik is nicely decorated and stylish, with a central location near the Civic Center and the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco. The onsite bar was great, and the staff were helpful. The stay was absolutely very enjoyable.

It was exceptionally clean, and the people were helpful and courteous. I liked that it had magnificent location near in downtown. I've had a fine stay on a long road trip.
